Features of TD75 Belt Conveyor:

The TD75 belt conveyor is a general-purpose belt conveyor. It is an ideal and efficient continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials, lump materials, bagged materials, and other types of cargo. Working Principle of TD75 Belt Conveyor

The TD75 belt conveyor mainly consists of a rubber conveyor belt, drive drum, bend pulley, tensioning device, idlers, frame, and drive unit.

The rubber conveyor belt is looped around the end drums and connected at both ends using specialized belt fasteners, cold bonding, or vulcanization methods, forming a closed-loop structure. The belt is supported by upper and lower idlers and tensioned to a certain degree by the tensioning device. When the drive drum is rotated by the motor, friction between the drive drum and the rubber conveyor belt drives the continuous movement of the belt, thereby unloading the materials or cargo loaded onto the belt at the discharge point, completing the conveying process.
